Security Products purchased directly from Fisher Research Labs can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact your dealer, vendor or distributor for a refund on purchases not made directly from manufacturer.
To return your product(s), please first contact Fisher Research Labs for a Return Authorization Number (RA) at 1-800-685-5050 or by email at email@example.com. Shipping costs to Fisher Research Labs is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received a technician will evaluate your unit to determine refund eligibility. The inspection can take up to three business days. A Fisher Customer Service representative will contact you with details regarding your return. A refund will be initiated and processed depending on your original payment method. Shipping & handling charges on original purchase are nonrefundable and a 15% restocking fee applies. Please inform Fisher Research Labs if the original credit card is no longer active when requesting the Return Authorization Number.
Decisions regarding abuse or misuse of the purchased product(s) are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer and are not covered under this Return Policy.
Fisher Accessories are Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable.
In the case a refund is denied, the product(s) will be returned to the customer. Shipping, both ways – to our facility and back, will be paid by the constomer.
• RA# should be noted on the outside of the carton.
• Metal detector must be returned with all manufacturer accessories and promotional items. If you do not have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
